Football Recap: Somerset Berkley Regional Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Somerset Berkley Regional was the 37-21 winner over Fairhaven when they last played one another back in October of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell 42-29 to the Blue Devils on Friday. While the Raiders had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Blue Devils 15-8.

Fairhaven found their leader in sophomore Kyle Soares, who rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries.

Somerset Berkley Regional's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fairhaven, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Somerset Berkley Regional is taking a road trip to challenge Malden Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairhaven, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Old Rochester Regional at 6:30 p.m.
