Volleyball Game Preview: Central Bucks West Bucks vs. Upper Dublin Cardinals

Central Bucks West is 0-7 against Upper Dublin since March of 2021 but things could change on Wednesday. The Bucks will head out on the road to take on the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Central Bucks West not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 30, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Downingtown West.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Upper Dublin faced off against Quakertown on Friday. The Cardinals put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cardinals as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win didn't come easy: Quakertown scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22, 25-22.

Central Bucks West's victory bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Upper Dublin, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5.

Central Bucks West suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Upper Dublin in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can the Bucks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
