Baseball Game Preview: Edgerton Crimson Tide vs. Brodhead/Juda Cardinals

The Edgerton Crimson Tide are taking a road trip to challenge the Brodhead/Juda Cardinals at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Edgerton will be strutting in after a victory while Brodhead/Juda will be coming in after a defeat.

Edgerton is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They came out on top against New Glarus by a score of 12-9 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Brodhead/Juda fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Big Foot on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Chiefs by a score of 3-2.

Brodhead/Juda saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Searls, who went 1-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Brodhead/Juda's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Edgerton, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Edgerton skirted past Brodhead/Juda 5-3 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Do the Crimson Tide have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
