Soccer Recap: Campbell County Takes a Loss

Campbell County lost against Halls back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars came up short against the Red Devils, falling 7-2. While losing is never fun, Campbell County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 237th, while Halls are ranked 47th).

Campbell County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-1 record this season. As for Halls, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3-2 record this season.

Campbell County will challenge Oliver Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Halls, they will take on Farragut at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
