Evangel Christian is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Macon-East Montgomery Academy just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 10-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Lightning have suffered since April 3rd.

Southern Christian's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Evangel Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .351. It's a different story for Southern Christian, though, as they've only averaged .231. Will they be able to contain Evangel Christian's hitters?
