Baseball Recap: Sibley-Ocheyedan Takes a Loss

Sibley-Ocheyedan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the West Sioux Falcons, falling 20-12. Even if the Generals couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Sibley-Ocheyedan's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for West Sioux, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Sibley-Ocheyedan will square off against St. Mary's at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Sioux, they will venture away from home to face off against George-Little Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
