Northeastern's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cambridge City Lincoln Golden Eagles 65-6. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Ava Mikesell, who went 7 for 10 on her way to 19 points in addition to six steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Mackenzie Johnson, who posted ten points and three steals.

Northeastern's victory bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Cambridge City Lincoln, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Northeastern wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-33 win against Centerville on the 11th. As for Cambridge City Lincoln, they will head out to square off against Hagerstown at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
