Basketball Recap: Conrad Find Success

Conrad's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They slipped by the Rocky Boy Northern Stars 56-55. This was payback for the Cowboys, who suffered a 72-53 loss the last time these two teams met.

Conrad's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1. As for Rocky Boy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conrad will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Fort Benton at 5:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
