Recap: Osborne Bulldogs vs. Moscow Wildcats

The Osborne Bulldogs waltzed into their contest on Saturday with 12 straight wins but they left with 13. They claimed a resounding 58-27 win over Moscow at home. Osborne has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Moscow lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jose Moran, who scored nine points. Another player making a difference was Hayden Clark, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.

Osborne pushed their record up to 15-1 with that win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Moscow, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Osborne will be playing in front of their home fans against Sylvan-Lucas on Tuesday. Osborne knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past 11 matchups -- so hopefully Sylvan-Lucas likes a good challenge. Moscow will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Sublette at 7:30 p.m. on February 13th. Sublettepresents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Moscow in Kansas (Sublette is ranked 150th, while Moscow is ranked 362nd).
