After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rogers, Colbert Heights was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Cherokee Indians 15-5. Considering the Wildcats have won four matchups by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Colbert Heights is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. Cherokee dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
