Basketball Recap: New Athens Skates Past Dupo with Ease

New Athens won the last time they faced Dupo and things went their way on Friday too. The New Athens Yellow Jackets really took it to the Dupo Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-38 win. The Yellow Jackets pushed the score to 57-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Tigers cut but never quite recovered from.

Dupo's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaden Scheppleman, who posted 11 points. Tramar Bean was another key player, putting up ten points.
