Basketball Recap: Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Mt. Carmel Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Ridgeview Christian Crusaders, falling 71-29. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-13.

Mt. Carmel Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Ridgeview Christian, they pushed their record up to 8-11 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Mt. Carmel Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ridgeview Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Roanoke Valley Christian at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
