Baseball Recap: Las Animas' Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Las Animas won the last time they faced Ellicott and things went their way on Saturday too. Las Animas was the clear victor by a 16-7 margin over Ellicott. The Trojans' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Las Animas got a massive performance out of Kree Wallace, who scored three runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-3. Wallace is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was Giovanni Chavez, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.
