Tommy Offord Drops League-Best Effort on Friday

Starting off the list is Palatka's Tommy Offord, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Offord rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 83 yards and two touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes.
