Football Recap: Manistee Takes a Loss

Manistee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 37-24 to the Mason County Central Spartans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mariners of the 36-22 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Manistee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Mason County Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Manistee nor Mason County Central have any future games scheduled.
