Baseball Recap: Stevens Takes a Loss

Fall Mountain hit Stevens with a four-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cardinals came up short against the Wildcats, falling 12-2. Cardinals fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Wildcats since Friday.

Stevens saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was John Andrews, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Stevens and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Fall Mountain, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
