Volleyball Recap: Preble Shawnee Comes Up Short

Preble Shawnee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Tri-Village Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Arrows of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Preble Shawnee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Tri-Village, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Preble Shawnee and Dixie will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tri-Village, they will head out to take on Houston at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
