Basketball Recap: St. George's Skates Past Craigmont with Ease

St. George won the last time they faced Craigmont and things went their way on Thursday too. The Gryphons blew past the Chiefs 83-45. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gryphons.

St. George's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kamyrn Green, who made all 5 shots he took racking up 10 points and eight boards. Jesse Brown was another key player, going 6-for-9 en route to 12 points and seven rebounds.

St. George's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. George's will challenge Olive Branch at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Craigmont, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Booker T. Washington at 7:30 p.m. on December 9.
