Soccer Recap: Whitney Point Takes a Loss

Whitney Point lost against Union Springs back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of Wolves by a score of 1-0.

Whitney Point's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Union Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Whitney Point will face off against rival Edison at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Union Springs is set to challenge their familiar foe Candor at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
