Softball Recap: Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Takes a Loss

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Southern Columbia Area Tigers. The Rams were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Arianna Sheatler, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Columbia Montour Vo-Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Southern Columbia Area, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbia Montour Vo-Tech will take on Weatherly at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southern Columbia Area, they will venture away from home to challenge Tri-Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
