Northern Railbelt recap October 8, 2013

West Valley lost to Colony 41-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Charles Sudduth was a bright spot for the Wolf Pack, as he threw for 37 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 65 yards in the defeat.

Palmer and Wasilla played the most contested game in Northern Railbelt this week, with Palmer eventually emerging with a 26-20 victory.

West Valley's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Sudduth chipped in 65 yards. Forrest Clark helped West Valley's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 49 yards.

Sudduth was the most successful running back in the league this week. Teammate Brendon Williams added to the ground attack by rushing for 69 yards.

The Knights made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,792 from 6,061.
