Basketball Recap: Flour Bluff Takes a Loss

Flour Bluff suffered their closest defeat since November 26, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Gregory-Portland Wildcats by a score of 52-49. The Hornets have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Flour Bluff's loss dropped their record down to 18-15. As for Gregory-Portland, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 29-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing King the next time they take the court. Flour Bluff will host King at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Gregory-Portland will host them at 7:30 p.m. on February 7th.
