Basketball Recap: North Yarmouth Academy Beats Old Orchard Beach for Their Third Straight Victory

North Yarmouth Academy proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by 29) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 41-39 win over the Old Orchard Beach Seagulls. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Seagulls, too.

The victory (which was North Yarmouth Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 7-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points per game. As for Old Orchard Beach, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
