Baseball Recap: Eastside Comes Up Short

Eastside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodlan Warriors. The Blazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Woodlan, the win got them back to even at 1-1-1.

Coming up, Eastside will head out on the road to take on Angola at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodlan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Wayne Bishop Luers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
