Volleyball Recap: Central Heights Comes Up Short

The Central Heights Vikings didn't have quite enough to beat the Erie Red Devils on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Central Heights sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-16, 16-25, 25-21.

Central Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Erie, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 15-13 record.

Coincidentally, Central Heights and Erie will both be playing Yates Center the next time they take the court. The Red Devils will host the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
