Volleyball Recap: Central Heights Vikings vs. Erie Red Devils

The Central Heights Vikings didn't have quite enough to beat the Erie Red Devils on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Central Heights sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-16, 16-25, 25-21.

Lyla Hamblin paced Central Heights' offense, picking up nine kills. Hamblin got some help from Kenna Kimball and her 22 assists. Kimball also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lillea Clayton, each putting up two.

Central Heights' loss dropped their record down to 11-16. As for Erie, they moved to 15-13 with that win, which also ended their four-match losing streak.
