Verrado extended their winning streak  to six  on Thursday, bumping their season record up to 24-4 in the process. Everything went their way against the Paradise Valley Trojans as they made off with  a  19-4 win. The Vipers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 games by six  runs or more this season.
Verrado got a  massive  performance out of  Bailee Smalls, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  Smalls has posted since back in March.  Lee Houston also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
 Verrado  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .743. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Paradise Valley only posted  an  OBP of  .286.
As for Paradise Valley, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with the  loss, which was their ninth straight  at home dating back to last season. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by  exactly 15  runs.
 On Paradise Valley's side,  April Delgado made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  got on base  in both of her plate appearances with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Verrado will welcome Willow Canyon  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Vipers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 9.7  runs per game this season. As for Paradise Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Youngker  at 3:45  p.m.  on Friday. The Roughriders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.27  runs per game on average), something the Trojans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
