Meanwhile, Weiser was able to grind out a solid victory over Homedale on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

Weiser was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 17-25, 25-21, 25-13.

Weiser now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Emmett, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
