Softball Recap: Simeon Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Simeon's offense. They came up short against the Kennedy Crusaders on Tuesday, falling 16-0. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.

Simeon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kennedy, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

Simeon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 18-12 victory against Morgan Park on the 15th. As for Kennedy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-1 loss against Berwyn/Cicero Morton on the 11th.
