Volleyball Recap: Century Has No Trouble Against Estancia

Century not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 10th. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Estancia Eagles. The Centurions haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Century's got stronger as the match went on, holding Estancia to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-22, 25-18.

Century's win bumped their record up to 9-12. As for Estancia, their loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Century will square off against rival Savanna at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Estancia is set to challenge their familiar foe Santiago at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
