Football Preview: Boone Braves vs. West Orange Warriors
The Boone Braves are taking a road trip to challenge the West Orange Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Boone got the win against Olympia by a conclusive 27-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Braves.

Ryne Brown went supernova for West Orange, picking up 176 receiving yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave him a new career- in total yards.
West Orange's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Edison Delgado and Ivan Taylor. Another thorn in Titusville's side was Josiah Butler, who picked up a sack and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Boone now has a winning record of 2-1. As for West Orange, their record is now 2-0.
Boone was taken down by West Orange 44-14 when the teams last played back in October of 2021. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Boone was down 31-7.
