Minster had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Montpelier Locomotives get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Minster pushed their record up to 24-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11.8 runs. As for Montpelier, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-6.

As of now, neither Minster nor the Locomotives have any future games scheduled.
