Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tahoka). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Ralls Jackrabbits 59-29. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Sacha Loi was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double on 22 points and 18 rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Brogan Stone was another key player, putting up 15 points along with six assists and five boards.

Tahoka smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Tahoka's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 6-12. As for Ralls, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Tahoka will welcome Post at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ralls, they will venture away from home to challenge Floydada at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Floydada's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten games.
