St. Augustine is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. La Costa Canyon has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

St. Augustine and La Costa Canyon could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. St. Augustine (ranked 266th) will meet Francis Parker (ranked 57th) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, La Costa Canyon will face off against Canyon Crest Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday down 220 places (235 vs. 15).
