It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Scotus ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Northwest Vikings 1-0. That's two games straight that Scotus have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Chase Adamy, which was the first he's scored this season.

The win got Scotus back to even at 5-5. As for Northwest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Scotus didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Kearney Catholic on the 15th. As for Northwest, they will take on Crete in a tournament on Thursday.
