Austin Stanciu made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole four bases while going 2-for-2. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.4 stolen bases per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Regan Anderson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with three stolen bases.

Meanwhile, Waitsburg/Prescott was able to grind out a solid win over Garfield-Palouse last Tuesday, taking the game 11-6.

Waitsburg/Prescott's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Walla Walla Valley Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
