Softball Recap: MacArthur Takes a Loss

MacArthur was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Agnes Academy Tigers.

MacArthur saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jessie Salazar, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple.

MacArthur's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for St. Agnes Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1-1.

Coming up, MacArthur will head out to take on Winn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Agnes Academy, they will take on Kinkaid in a tournament on Friday.
