Softball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Warren's offense. They came up short against the East Chambers Buccaneers on Monday, falling 16-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Buccaneers: they've now lost five in a row.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for East Chambers, their record is now 16-9-1.

Looking ahead, Warren will be playing in front of their home fans against Anahuac at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Warren's pitchers better be ready for this one: Anahuac has averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season. As for East Chambers, they will challenge Orangefield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Orangefield will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something East Chambers surely won't give up without a fight.
