Baseball Recap: Ringling Comes Up Short

Ringling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 11-3 to the Rush Springs Redskins. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Redskins earlier this season, when they won 9-3.

Ringling's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-7. As for Rush Springs, they pushed their record up to 14-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Ringling wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Velma-Alma on the 1st. As for Rush Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-2 defeat against the Blue Devils on the 1st.
