Volleyball Recap: Richland Beats Walla Walla for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Richland had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Walla Walla Blue Devils as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Richland never let Walla Walla on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-23.

Richland's victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Walla Walla, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Richland is set to challenge their familiar foe Chiawana at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Walla Walla will take on rival Kamiakin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
