Granite Hills waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Firebaugh Eagles. For the Grizzlies, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2019.

If you add up the scores from across all three sets (57-54) Granite Hills actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-23, 14-25, 15-9.
