Softball Game Preview: Reeds Spring Wolves vs. Buffalo Bison

The Reeds Spring Wolves will head out on the road to challenge the Buffalo Bison at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Reeds Spring took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over Greenfield.

The team relied heavily on Emma Vance, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Trinity Clevenger, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Buffalo). They put the hurt on Adrian with a sharp 12-2 win on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bison.

Reeds Spring now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Buffalo, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
