Maiden kept a clean sheet against West Caldwell on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 4-0 win. That's more bragging rights for Maiden, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory (which was Maiden's third in a row) raised their record to 5-3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for West Caldwell, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maiden will square off against Bandys at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bandys will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Maiden surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Caldwell, they will challenge Lincolnton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Caldwell will be up against Lincolnton's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.13 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
