            Softball Recap: Hernando Leopards vs. Carrollwood Day Patriots        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Hernando, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Carrollwood Day Patriots on Thursday as the Hernando Leopards made off with  an  11-0 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Leopards considering their two-run performance the  game before.

 The team  relied heavily on  Murphi Blade, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and one  stolen base. Those four  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Aubrey Knierim, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-1.
The  win  got Hernando back to even at 1-1.
 Looking ahead, Hernando will challenge St. Petersburg Catholic at 4:15  p.m.  on Friday. As for Carrollwood Day, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Seffner Christian  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
