West Genesee is 2-8 against Cicero-North Syracuse since May of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Wildcats will venture away from home to square off against the Northstars at 4:30 p.m. West Genesee will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

West Genesee will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Baldwinsville, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Wildcats came out on top against the Bees by a score of 6-2 on Tuesday.

Alanna Bowman was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyra Lynch, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
