Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheyenne). They put the hurt on the Valley City Hi-Liners with a sharp 13-3 win on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Sheyenne's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Valley City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Sheyenne will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hi-Liners: the pair will be back at it again later today.
