Volleyball Recap: Varnado Comes Up Short

Varnado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Independence Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on Wednesday.

Varnado's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Independence, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Varnado nor Independence have any future games scheduled.
