Amundsen has been on a difficult stretch since their win on August 27. They came up short against the Hononegah Indians on Saturday, falling 3-0. Amundsen were not able to make up for their loss to Hononegah from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Amundsen's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-2. As for Hononegah, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Amundsen has already played their next game, a 9-1 loss against Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South on the 13th. As for Hononegah, they will face off against Freeport at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
