Softball Recap: Rayville Comes Up Short

Rayville fell victim to Caldwell Parish and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Caldwell Parish Spartans, falling 15-0. The Hornets just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Rayville's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Caldwell Parish, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rayville will square off against Block at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Caldwell Parish, they will be playing at home against Neville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Caldwell Parish is facing Neville at the right time seeing as Neville is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
