North Hagerstown had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Edgewood Rams on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was just business as usual for the Hubs, who after 18 matches remain undefeated this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Hagerstown took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14, 25-12.

North Hagerstown's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zalikah Pabalan, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces Pabalan has posted since back in October. Eden Shupp also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: North Hagerstown was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

North Hagerstown's record is now 18-0. As for Edgewood, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Looking ahead, North Hagerstown will challenge Reservoir on Tuesday. Edgewood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
